There are limitless food/ recipe possibilities, this is just to give you an idea of the types of things I have recipes for.
Hors D’ oeuvres:
Mini Gruyere grilled cheese sandwiches, herbed goat cheese on sweet potato slices, deviled eggs, grapes covered in Roquefort and rolled in crushed pistachios, devilish chicken wings, 3 bruschettas – corn polenta with pancetta, olive tapenade with mozzarella and butternut squash puree’ with fresh ricotta.Entrées:
Paella, Pork Tenderloin and mushroom ragout with mashed potatoes, world class chili, Simple Roasted lemon/garlic chicken with corn succotashDesserts:
Apple Crostata, Pumpkin puree crostata, devils food cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, spider icing butter cookie.
